Buying Plans
How do I buy a plan?
Browse plans at xcornerstone.com/plans, click the plan you want, and click "Buy Now". You will be taken to checkout where you pay via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or card.
What happens after I pay?
You receive an email with a download link immediately after payment is confirmed. The link gives you access to all plan files.
Do I need to create an account?
You can browse plans without an account. An account is recommended to access your purchase history and re-download files at any time.
Can I preview a plan before buying?
Yes. Each plan listing includes photos, floor plan previews, specifications (bedrooms, bathrooms, area, floors), and a list of files included.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
Is it safe to pay on XCornerstone?
Yes. All payments are processed by Paypack, a licensed payment provider in Rwanda. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I pay in USD?
All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF). USD equivalent prices are shown for reference. Your bank will handle any currency conversion.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, no charge is made. Try again or contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.
Downloads and Files
What file formats are included?
Most plans include: AutoCAD DWG files, a full PDF drawing set, and a SketchUp/3D model. A complete ZIP package with all files is also provided.
How do I download my files?
A download link is sent to your email immediately after payment. You can also access your downloads from your account dashboard.
Can I download files more than once?
Yes. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to re-download your files from your account dashboard.
My download link expired. What do I do?
Log in to your account and go to your purchases. If you still have issues, contact us at admin@xcornerstone.com.
Using Plans
Can I modify a plan?
Yes. You can share the files with your architect or engineer to modify the plan for your specific site. Modifications require a qualified professional.
Will this plan be approved by local authorities?
XCornerstone plans are designed to Rwandan building standards. However, each district has specific requirements. We recommend submitting to your local authority for review before construction.
Can I build the same plan twice?
Each licence is for a single construction project. To build the same design twice, you must purchase a second licence. Contact us for bulk pricing.
Do plans include structural calculations?
This varies by plan. Check the plan description and included files. For structural calculations, consult a licensed structural engineer.
Refunds and Support
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final once a download link has been issued. Refunds are only considered for: corrupted files, files that do not match the description, or duplicate charges. Submit refund requests within 48 hours to admin@xcornerstone.com.
